  Young lad in the bike workshop is excellent. Helped me get my sorted day before a ride. Can’t fault it.

  Helpful staff as always. Had not got the item I wanted but they will have it in store by next day and will phone to say it has arrived. I received call by 10.00am as promised and now have the item I wanted which is really good quality.

  We have recently visited Halfords Netherfield in Nottingham for the first time. We wanted to look at Mountain Bikes. From the moment of walking upstairs we were offered help and Advice by Nigel/Kirsty. They were both very knowledgeable. We visited a further 3 times and saw different members of staff. Stu is very knowledgeable on cycling and cycle carriers. All of them put themselves out and they couldn't be more helpful. I highly recommend the whole team at Halfords Netherfield for their knowledge and customer service.

  Went to Halfords today as thought my car battery had its day! I was seen to very quickly and found every member of staff to be helpful and friendly. Thankfully, my battery is fine and just needs a good recharge but what was great is that the technician explained why i had the issue and what i needed to do. Couldn't fault the service...and it was all free! (Review by Ed's wife)

  Went to Halfords today with both mine and daughters cars. Helped by Alan, what a lovely chap. Very helpful, very thorough and very informative. Even though I have the info to change bits myself, I'd still take back here. Thanks Alan. One very happy customer
