Good customer service, rarely have to queue for more than a few minutes. Good level access for buggies, etc.

Was in branch today - poor woman in front of me was told she could not pay cash into her account over the counter - said it was some new policy - dont think so as I did it straight afterwards with another teller - the staff's attitude sucks - no customer skills and they have no idea what they are talking about - beware at all costs!
