  I've worked with Halls for over 5 years to find tenants for my flat. Always good service but this time Louise Parker went above and beyond. Excellent service, very pro active, kept in contact, made the process for the leaving tenants very easy (dealing with cleaning issues) and finding the new tenants. I will continue to work with Halls in the future. Thanks Louise.

  Avoid if letting a property with Hall's. Several issues with the flat were promised to be fixed before we moved in. We had to chase this once we moved in and 8 months later have still not been fixed. Dreadful communication too unless they want something, and no sincere apologies for lack of contact (the excuse always being something to do with the landlord). We are not students but are being treated as very temporary tennants. We were hoping to stay in the property for a few years but not sure how much longer we can put up with Hall's bad customer service.

  We've just bought a house from Halls and found Dominic and Todd incredibly helpful and really attentive .They always got back when we needed advise or needed to have another look at the house. Nothing was too much trouble Very grateful A.Chancellor

  My partner and I purchased our house through Halls. They were extremely professional, polite and friendly. Also very effective at getting the sale through to exchange at a critical stage. Would like to mention Todd in particular who was super-friendly, genuine and helpful!

  My wife and I are US citizens/residents and looked for a property to buy in Brighton for more than 6 months, initially by online viewing. A local friend helped with in-person viewings. Given the distance it was important to have really good photos, and, once we made an offer, an easily available and helpful estate agent to deal with. Halls delivered on all this. We made a visit to Brighton and confirmed everything. They were in touch with us regularly to manage the process, and helped negotiate a completion date with the sellers. We're very happy with the property and with our buying experience. Most people don't buy property this way but it says alot that we could, and much of that is due to the very professional service we received from Halls. Highly Recommended.
