Stunning and breath taking artwork & furnishings. Like walking through a beautiful museum/art gallery.

I've been staying at the Firmdale Hotels since 1992, starting with the Pelham in South Kensington. I have stayed at all their London hotels and my personal favorite is the Haymarket. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Service is outstanding, the concierge is super helpful, the managers and front of house place a premium on excellent service. Breakfast is a real treat, the restaurant is an excellent location for business meetings over coffee or a meal. The location is steps from Trafalgar and the whole of the West End. If you are looking for a warm, personal hotel for either a business trip or special vacation then, without reservation I would recommend the Haymarket.

Afternoon tea was amazing and high quality. Atmosphere is very nice. Service is very professional and generous so don't be shy to ask for something! A real gem in the city.

Our deluxe room has every amenity one could ask for. All at the front desk were most pleasant and helpful. The location is fabulous. Near Trafalgar Sq. as well as the West End Theaters. You pay for the quality esp at the holiday time, but well worth it. Breakfast is sumptuous. Highly recommended.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. I'm lucky enough to have stayed in some great hotels across the world and this is right up there for me. The rooms are charming and modern. We opt for a deluxe room when we stay which is a bit more expensive than the standard but worth every penny. The decor is a great mix of contemporary and heritage, as well as being very comfortable and fitted with all of the modern conveniences you'd expect, The service is phenomenal - efficient and friendly. Lastly, the location is great (depending on where you are going of course). It's close to the centre but it's on a small street that means it's really quiet in your room. Love this place.
