  Ordered online and a day later I was contacted by a staff member. On collection I asked for that particular staff and he brought the item out to the car. Such a personal experience for a large store a great experience had hear.

  My husband thought it would be nice to visit the store in Plymouth, we walked in, was greeted by a staff member. From that moment he continued to follow us around the store? We felt like criminals, so we left the store feeling very uncomfortable. Shame it's put me off going there again.

  Went in 2 days ago to find replacement oven . Nice to compare sizes and physically look at them . Back today with er indoors . Came away with New oven . You cannot see online the quality . In the shop you can compare with others . Well impressed . 5year parts @ Labour warranty included .

  Great personal service. We were shown what we wanted (compact cameras), which unlike a nearby competitor had power for testing. All our questions were answered & we left happy with the camera, case & an SD card.

  We purchased a machine and a couple of weeks later it developed a fault, the machine was changed for another right away. The service is excellant, we understand things happen and go wrong, but it's the hassle that usually goes with it. We didn't have any problems Woolacotts sorted it and come out and replaced it with no disruption to us except a couple if phone calls which you would expect. Very happy with the service we had. Polite and helpful. Thank you
