  Appalling service. Podiatrist said he’d prepare insoles but didn’t, then kept me waiting offering a tatty leaflet to read instead of treatment. Is that service? I asked why I’d been kept waiting for 25+ minutes in total and was attacked for challenging the service level. Poor show. Does one pay for being left alone in a treatment room?
