::I wanted to order a bed. They could only deliver Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. I'm a teacher. I work Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and I can't take time off. I bought my bed from somewhere with a better delivery service. I expected more from somewhere high-end.

::Its unfortunate you cannot give negative numbers here! This is without question the worst customer service that I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. We ordered furniture 9 months ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Customer Service blames the store, the store blames the warehouse, the warehouse blames the admin, the admin blames the accounts team, etc, etc. Frankly I don't care!!! You are one company & I am one customer who is having my paid for goods held for ransom whilst you argue amongst yourselves. Shocking organisational culture and any UK business school could make a lot of money from Heals in helping it change as a company

::One star is already too much. Really beautiful showroom but worst customer service I've ever experienced. 14 MONTHS to get my order wrong about 10 times (delivering wrong colour, wrong material, broken or defective items among others...). Their customer service team might just as well not exist as they are incapable of getting anything right, from order to returns. Actually they are incapable of calling a customer back and are really disagreeable. My advice? Go there for the pretty displays and purchase your favorites on internet. Same furniture ordered on amazon was 20% cheaper and arrived in 2 weeks... Would laugh if it didn't make me want to cry...

::My first visit to the store. I had a cup of coffee and a pastry in the café. It was a busy lunchtime, yet the staff served me promptly. All the tables were full. We'll done. Good teamwork Heal's. Will bring the whole of China there next week! Thank you.

::Some really nice designer items. We always love the pendant lighting that they have. Just nice to wonder around. Unfortunately the items we've liked haven't suited our budget so far though.
