  Awesome experience - wanted to see if my laptop could be upgraded and the advice was extremely helpful. The shop wasn’t making money by saying don’t spend money on it etc; so, very honest. Plus, the chap took the time to explain the main points to look out for when buying a laptop. I can see why this shop pretty much has the best reviews. 👍🏼👍🏼

  Amazing service! Staff were very knowledgeable and prices were reasonable compared to competitors. Speedy repairs in general. Will be going back for all electrical repairs and services in the future!

  Very friendly and pleasant staff who were very helpful, very competent and provided a very good value - phone screen replaced for an extremely competitive price and very quickly (dropped off late in the day, ready first thing the following morning). It's great to find a local place that I can bring my phone for repairs that I can trust - I'd definitely go back if I ever need a repair.

  The best place in Edinburgh for computer and mobile phone repairs bar none.I have been using Hex since 2008 for my business and personal IT needs.They even design my websites! I use Hex because I trust them and they have a very high level of customer service.The fact that they do work for John Lewis and certain private schools in Edinburgh says it all. Need your Apple product repaired? They are authorised to do so. I have been sending my friends to Hex for years and they are always pleased they did. Not your average computer/ mobile repair shop..on another level.

  Very secure, very efficient and always seem very honest. I've been several times and they always say if a repair isn't worth doing and give good advice. When I took a tablet back under warranty they fixed it for free. Cannot complain. Great service. Couldn't recommend more. Happy customer!
