  So far, it's been hit and miss. An excellent first visit, followed by a mediocre second. Will have to see how the third goes and update! EDIT: Updated score to 5* after my third visit today (09/Jul/17). Today was the best visit I've had there so far, thanks to my massage therapist, Cindy. Excellent communication, coupled with an excellent massage, with some excellent feedback and advice at the end. I'm tempted to think that the mediocre visit was just one of those fluke happenstances that occur occasionally, and Highfield had now cemented itself as my prime place for massage in Birmingham.

  All available services are great, use them for years, really friendly staff, also they have a little lounge where you can calm down and have a tea or coffe before your appointment. I would recommend it to anyone.

  Always use for massages which are very good. Staff asked where I had problem areas and dealt with accordingly. Also had gel nails done, was a bit disappointed that they couldn't do a French manicure (as advertised in the gels). Happy with the colour I picked, although feel like nail coverage could have been a bit better in some areas. Overall though very professional and friendly staff and would use again for massages - especially the hot stone one!

  Full body massage with Mez was amazing beautiful ambiance and friendly staff who made us feel comfortable. Would definitely return here.

  Extremely disappointed. Therapist came to collect me from the waiting room ten minutes late. I was booked in for a 30 minutes back massage, I was back downstairs and dressed at 6:05pm - I didn't go up to the massage room until 5:40pm. So I barely scraped 20 minutes of actual massage time. The therapist asked how I like my pressure and if I had any areas I need concentration on - I said I like the pressure to be firm and my neck and shoulders to be focussed on as they are particularly tense. Pressure was not firm nor did she pay any particular attention to my problem areas. The towel was not placed properly nor folded and tucked into my trousers leaving them exposed to the oil - extreme lack of professional courtesy (don't remember asking for oil to go on my work trousers) When I came down to pay, another therapist assisted me - my therapist just stood there and didn't even ask how my massage was. Overall terrible experience and a waste of £25 in my opinion. Will not recommend to anyone nor be returning for any future treatments. A shame as I have had massages from some great therapists at this place previously. The lack of consistency among the therapists has frankly ruined the reputation for me.
