  Came in on Monday looking Venetian blinds. The man was very helpful, he told me everything I needed to know and showed me samples. He told me how the at home appointments work but I need to confirm with my husband so he gave me a brochure and a voucher just waiting for my husband to decide when we can have an advisor visit but just wanted to leave a review as I was very happy with the service I got.

  Recently visited the stand and I am very impressed I just wanted a rough idea for some pricing and after being told how everything works and I looked at some fabrics I have to say that that I'm very happy with the service I got. Very friendly staff and we actually spoke to the man on the stand for about 20 mins and it felt like I was chatting with a friend. Brilliant customer service and I'll be going back to book in for my appointment as soon as the husband makes up his mind on a date.

  If i could rate the stand/shop any higher I would! To say that I'm impressed is an understatement, I'm currently in the process of moving home and I'm waiting for new furniture to arrive but won't be with me for a couple of months. I was shown samples and knowing of Hillary's expertise I asked for more help with planning the room. Tom I think that's his name sketched out a plan of my living room and helped me arrange the furniture and even wrote down the fabrics and some co-ordinating ones to go with my colour scheme, fantastic customer service and I can't wait for the next few months to pass so I'm able to get my appointment. Thanks so much, would recommend the service I got today to anyone!

  I recently visited the stand in chapelfield and I have to say I was very impressed by the young man there. After explaining to me how everything worked he then show me the fabrics that were available and I was a little disappointed as you didn't have what I was looking for however the man told me that a collection would should be launching so he took my name and number then told me he would call me when they were available. I was really impressed by his professionalism and if every person in your company is like him then you truly have an amazing team.

  Visited recently and the staff member was very friendly and knew the products inside and out. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend to others.
