  Perhaps people are grumpy if you expect them to be like that! I had excellent service from the woman behind the counter - who was incredibly patient and helpful as I repacked five boxes destined for Australia! She made me feel much calmer as I realised what needed to be done, and she kept telling me not to worry and that there was no rush. She provided scissors, a pen and lots of moral support. I was really grateful for all of the above!

  Great opening hours everyday! (08:00-20:00) friendly staff, but queues are building up very quickly.

  Really convenient, gets busy at lunchtimes but staff are helpful and do their best to get you sorted quickly :)
