  The location was great in that it's right next to the train station and easily walkable. The room itself felt a little dated and could have used an update. The bathroom had a strong sewage odor every morning that was really undesirable. Overall it was Acceptable but not a place I would look forward to visiting again.

  Fabulous stay at this hotel. Reception staff and concierge particularly helpful. The girls who checked us in were so bubbly and welcoming. Room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was tasty. Would definitely stay here again

  The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms did not feel 5 star but the service did. I was happy to see small utilities restocked. The service was great. I had a very comfortable stay and a good experience.

  Just called in for drinks after an event at the adjacent Waterfront Hall. It was late in the evening but the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Staff were attentive and efficient. Our orders were entirely non-alcoholic - which seemed to be a feature for other patrons also, so the general atmosphere was less raucous than many a hotel bar. A nice spot.

  Spent three nights in this hotel and it was one of the best stays we have ever had. All of the staff were amazing and they really looked after us. We had two evening meals here which were absolutely fantastic. And who can write a review without mentioning the hilton breakfast, loads on offer from cereal and toast to bacon, sausage, egg etc. Loved our stay and we will definitely go here again.
