  Staff were friendly, very helpful. Hotel was clean. All prices were reasonable. The only down was the size of the pool. Overall I loved it. From external maintenance people, cleaning staff to reception staff - all seemed happy and helpful.

  There are varying standards of Hilton and this one is not in the premier class. Let down by the clientele and the town, it struggles to maintain a standard commensurate with the brand. Our initial room (Oct ‘17) had bashed door, smokey bathroom, wallpaper creep and dirty window. Problems also with sound of kids and dogs from next room. Buffet dinner was passable. Canteen breakfast. To the credit of staff (who all were excellent) our room was upgraded and to be fair this improved the experience to 3 Stars.

  Went for pamper day. Had massage and prosecco deal. Really enjoyed it. Also had a 'bar snack which was well priced and very good. Reception and public areas were very clean and tidy. Staff very pleasant.

  Good location on the North Shore about 20 minute walk from the Tower. Our room on the fifth floor had a oblique view of the sea and looked south so we could see the tower. The King size bed was very comfortable and the cotton linens were crisp and fresh. The room wasn't particularly large, but had a desk, side table and chair - no fridge. Tea and coffee making kit was all there. Whatever they use to get a TV signal was very poor, all of the channels are there, but the picture quality was fluffy at best. The room and bathroom were clean. The construction of the hotel makes it a little noisy as sound carries - doors opening and closing could be heard and people returning to their rooms late at night was disturbing. Staff on reception very good and helpful. Didn't try the restaurant or bar - breakfast was quite expensive and there are lots of better value alternatives nearby. You have to pay extra to use the hotel carpark, so take this into account when you consider staying here. Not unpleasant, but I'd probably consider staying somewhere else next time I come to Blackpool.

  Here for a conference. The staff were lovely, especially considering how many people they had to deal with at once, the customer service was excellent. The food was of a very high standard too, especially the Sunday roast dinner. The room was adequate, although felt a little soulless, but the bed was very comfy so we slept very well. All in all a great couple of days here where the staff really did shine and make you feel very welcome.
