::Great hotel. Good reception and helpful concierge. Parking on site. Cheaper than street parking. Spacious rooms. Family friendly. Great to stay if your visiting Glasgow city. Thumbs up

::I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is smart and professional. It's a bit of a trek due to the road system - but not too far from the town centre. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The gym is well equipped and pool facilities are a treat with wonderfully warm jacuzzi. But for me, the pinnacle was the breakfast buffet. There is every breakfast item you can think of. I was compelled to try everything - but couldn't! Porridge bar, pancake bar, bloody Mary bar, several types of granola, stewed fruits, fresh fruit, dried fruits, compotes, fresh bread, yogurts, hams, cheeses, traditional Scottish. A real treat.

::Nice rooms, helpful attentive staff. Very clean. But difficult to find front entrance if you walk from Glasgow central station.

::Best hotel stay in my UK experience thus far. The 'Hilton' i.e. 5 star experience is evident from when you arrive at the entrance. The porters are extremely willing to assist and genuinely happy and not soliciting tips. The checking in was quick and pleasant. The room was extremely huge with everything you could need. After a night out, we went to the hotel bar for drinks and watched some football, relaxed but fun ambience. Breakfast was delicious and they had all sorts including haggis and black pudding which I tried for the the first time.

::Overall we enjoyed our 1 night stay here. I will say that the bed isn't the most comfortable. But, the staff were all very lovely and helpful. And wine hour was fun. The man who sets it up was doing a great job. The breakfast was just right for us since we're not heavy eaters in the a.m. the room was small and charming with a fireplace. I absolutely love the brand of bath products they use. Mistral it was called. Not cheap stuff and the soap didn't dry my face out. I usually bring my own but this one was better than what I had. Also, the floors are quite creaky since it is an old building. It didn't bug me much although I felt like an elephant walking down the hall to get breakfast in the morning...lol.
