::My PC reported Disk error -- when the panic set in. I couldn't get the PC to access the disk at all and feared that I'd lost all my personal files and family photos. I handed the PC over to Vostro IT Support at 9am on Wednesday and before the end of the day they had managed to recover all the data files (despite Windows no longer working) and repaired my computer. Fantastic service and a huge relief. The tuition on regular back-ups was also well received so that I don't end up in the same situation in the future. Thank you :-)
