  The staff are so lovely here, will really listen to you and do their best to try and help you. The office is easy to get to and parking is conveniently located at the NCP on a road opposite.

  I ordered my passport 3 weeks ago and I’m due to be going on holiday in 12 days! they sent it back saying my photo wasn’t okay to use so I sent them a new one straight away, I have paid for the priority so I can get my passport quicker, still haven’t got it back yet and I’m due to be going on holiday! They best hurry up!!

  I pay passport in Wythenshawe Post office but why they did not post me for my new passport? I has been waiting for new passport in 3 weeks now. P.S. After 4 weeks I got new passport from security safe my new passport been post in to my letter box door :-) Thanks

  I had an appointment for the 4 hour service at 9:30am. Got there at 9 and was seen within seconds. In fact I had nipped to the loo as i was so early and someone had to come in and get me as you only get 3 calls before you lose your appointment- worth knowing! A very pleasant experience,even friendly going through the security gate. I then popped back 30 mins earlier than my appointment to pick it up and my passport was waiting for me. So efficient and very friendly service. Highly reccomended if like me you realise you need to get a Passport quickly! Just an FYI- I never got my confirmation email after paying online. Called and they were very helpful. Apparently their system doesn't like Gmail. Provided another, and must not like yahoo either as I never got that after resending either. Not a problem though. I'd Screenshot the confirmation page just in case though!

  Got a passport for the first time and had to attend an interview here. Staff were super friendly and everything was run under a pretty tight ship. Although I did have to sit saiting for over an hour while family explored Liverpool.
