  Nice hotel for the standard. Terrible fish and chips from freezer. Don't order. Comfy rooms. Lack of power sockets.

  Lovely welcome off reception staff very clean lovely room and breakfast also next to bus route for town and Apollo o2 highly recommend this hotel will definitely stay again

  Location was a little out but with car its no issue. McDonald's next door so great for the kids. Room is clean and the daytime team was good. Night time manager seemed a little moody.

  Arrived to find a dirty plate in our room upon and food on the floor, toothpaste up mirrors. Refunded part of our upfront payment and room changed without question. Staff lovely.
