  Convenient location, ample parking for guest. Staff seem friendly and attentive. Rooms basic, but clean. Inclusive breakfast is very good for what it is. Overall for the price I paid I am very happy with my experience

  I found the staff helpfull and pleasant. The room was clean smart and probably one of the nicest budget hotel rooms Ive ever spent the night at. A nice surprise. Will stay here again. 😁

  Excellent hotel all round. Faultlessly clean. Powerful and hot shower. Plentiful breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful especially when my boy set a croissant alight! Will be my go to hotel every time we visit Alton Towers now x

  Comfortable, nice rooms with good amenities. Good size TV and desk. Shower powerful enough. Breakfast a little disappointing with the hot food being bacon, badly cooked sausages, beans and scrambled egg. The evening meals were only available at the Harvester next door, which was nothing to write home about, with pretty slow service and lots of items unavailable.

  It has been our second stay at the Holiday Inn Express, first one was with our 3 Grandchildren and we booked 2 rooms. We all had an amazing time. The children were made to feel so comfortable and LOVED the breakfast and variety of it as did we. This time we booked in for 5 nights over Christmas. I was kind of dreading not being in my or a family home for Christmas but there was such a warm friendly welcome and the staff were so polite, kind and welcoming. We had a fabulous time. Our room was always kept lovely and clean whilst allowing privacy. We were comfortable and well fed with a great breakfast at leisure. FANTASTIC value for money!! Nowhere else competes on value and we have tried and searched. When visiting our family in Stoke we will always use your accommodation. Just wished you had them near our other children. Thank you so much for a brilliant stay! Would highly recommend you.
