  A typical big chain hotel in heart of the Stratford Westfield. Good: - As usual you can expect a good quality rooms. - Rooms are relatively normal priced - There is a terrace with bar at the 3rd floor, where is the reception and you can have a smoke (at the terrace) which is let's say convenient for us the smokers. - you need to use the card to activate the lift in order to access the room floors (a little bit of security is good touch) - Friendly staff Bad: - Lack of character as every big hotel chain.

  Fantastic! Loved the place and enjoyed staying here. Our second stay here. A great weekend and breakout from work, literally next to Stratford city shopping Center. Would like to mention Bally, hotel wouldn't be the same without him. So thanks alot.

  My husband and I stayed here 11 nights. His employer sent him here on business, otherwise, we would have changed hotels. The room was small and sparce, no refrigerator, no microwave, decorated in a sports theme. The housekeeping service was not good. 10 out of the 11 days of our stay I had to call because they had not refilled an item, toilet paper, soap, Kleenex, towels. Something was always lacking. Calling them DAILY to do what should have been done became very annoying. We were put in a room as far from the elevator as possible with an industrial view and parking lot out the window. There was an on and off buzzing sound and intermittent clanging that would wake me up each night. However, the hotel is not expensive and is convenient to the train, a shopping mall, and restaurants.

  Went there for my Work Christmas get together party (2017). Great hotel good service and food. Convenient for staying if traveling soon as local to train stations. I have nothing negative to say of my first experience. Enjoy and Regards.
