  A beautiful venue. The staff were lovely. Havent been to the rooms but reception and restaurant was beautifully decorated. An excellent professional venue. I would be happy to have further meetings here in the future

  when i arrived the first night i was surprised to see what I thought was a reasonably dated room. the second night I was upgraded to an executive suit with a Jacuzzi bath. I was very impressed with the room and bathroom. with a bath and a shower to choose from and a comfortable bed I had a great nights sleep. food in the restaurant was great but food and drink was a little on the expensive side. the hotel also has a gym and swimming pool.

  We stayed at Holiday Inn to attend a dinner dance. It was a fantastic night with great food and entertainment. We stayed in an executive suite which was lovely abd clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely plenty of food to choose from and the staff were very attentive. Would definatley stay again

  The Hotel us next to Norwich Airport but didn't hear any aircraft during my stay. Due to my son being adult age and my daughter a child I was able to book a family room with 3 adults and one child for an extra £25 for the additional adult rather than needing another room. They gave us 1 queen size 1 double sofa bed and one single put up bed in a suite so tbe room was huge. There is a gym, Swimming pool and restaurant in the hotel and the lobby bar and hotel has recently been redecorated to a very good standard. Parking was an additional £4.95 for the night. Breakfast was a good selection of self serve hot food and fruits and cereals. Very happy with the staff and the stay

  It's your typical airport hotel now with reasonable food and drinks. However I do use this place a certain amount and every visit the staff are always welcoming and pleasant. Beware when staying here in can be noisy sometimes as the function room"The Lancaster suite" is a large place and is use a lot. The prices are little on the steep side heading towards "London" price's country. It is very convenient for the airport terminal as it's only a 3 minute walk away.
