  Although this branch hasn't in the past stocked a popular item they do now along with lovely helpful approachable staff. Within 30 seconds of walking into the store I was asked if I was ok or needed some help by a smiley happy polite young man. I said what I wanted, shown what I wanted and was made aware of the current offers available. I was offered more assistance and respectfully moved away when I said I was ok to look on my own. Perfect for me and my way of shopping. Will definitely visit this store again.

  As usual with Holland and Barrett, this shop is light and bright and welcoming As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by an " hello " from a member of staff at the till. With an overwhelming amount of all things, Healthy, you know you're in the right place. On the day that we shopped, it was buy two and get the second one for a penny, my sort of special offer. We found the members of staff to be helpful and very knowledgeable about the products in store, so much better if you're not quite sure about exactly what you want. ps if you find this review helpful, please give it a 👍

  Very expensive but very good quality products. Small shop but has all the essential herbal teas and homeopathic medicine. Best to look in the penny sale for bargains. Staff are very helpful. Not much space for people with wheelchairs.

  Today (20/9/17) I went to your store in kingswood to get a few things as ive decided to go vegan but didnt really have a clue what i was looking for. This amazing young lady with long curly hair and Shortish came up to me with a lovely blubbly, happy personality. She was so helpful friendly and full of knowledge and knew exactly what I needed and helped me with everything. Even though she was the only one in the store and it was busy she still made time to help me inbetween serving other customers. I wish I knew her name. I hope she gets this message because she really does deserve to be praised! Because of her amazing help I will definitely be back again and hopefully thank her in person!
