  Great place for the family and for parties or groups of friends. Food has always been nice and staff are friendly.. my only gripe would be my concern of under staffing.. long queues. Long waits to order food. Always waiting on staff can spoil an otherwise great experience.

  The venue as a whole is nice and spacious it was quiet when I went but I can imagine even when busy it's not over crowded. Staff are very helpful and friendly and you get service at your lane. The food was nice but not much choice for vegetarians or anyone with food allergies. The game of bowling was quite expensive it's much cheaper if you pay online as they offer quite a few packages. They have a wide variety of games to play it was quite messy when I visited with food everywhere. There is a separate bar at this venue and free parking. Kids birthday parties also available.

  Brilliant place. But need to book at weekends as gets very busy. Staff lovely and friendly. Arcade and bar to visit as well

  Our last visit was not the best of experiences. Even though we had booked and waited for ages in the queue, we still had to wait for our lane. There was no one clearing glasses etc. from previous customers,.which had built up significantly. The WC's we're far below an accepted condition, obviously hadn't received any attention from staff in some time. Finally, our friends game cut off right before they were about to finish, whilst ours continued on, so it couldn't have been due to running over time. In fairness, the staff did apologize and gave out vouchers for a free game. All that said, the evening wasn't ruined and we did have fun.

  Although we had booked, we had a long wait for our lane to be ready. Then, the next people were waiting to bowl before we had finished. Also, lost our game off the computer one go before the end. Toilets could have been cleaner and refilled with toilet roll. It was Saturday night, so I think they were just busy, but I think they should have predicted how busy it was going to be. Didn't order drinks or food, so can't comment on those. Bowling was good fun. We enjoyed competing with our team mates. Would go again, but maybe in the week when it's quieter.
