  Wow. The staff aren't rude but they're not exactly polite. I mean they don't speak to you like ' what you want!' But they don't exactly say 'hi my names ..... how can I help'. The lane conditions are horrendous. Do you ever clean this place. Also They don't exactly go around or tell people in the first instance to not load the machine up with balls or take them away. I kept removing balls because some idiot kept putting balls in our lane. And where were staff.... No where to be seen. Who's in charge here. Delinquent children are allowed to roam free in the area. Made me feel unsafe. The food was bad. Wow was it bad. I'd rather have had the Irish travellers who seemed to set up camp outside make me some food because they have standards above this place. This place is lucky that they have a cinema right next to them and an arcade. The kids go in there because of wait times and then the parents are effed. Pay all that money for nothing. Why do I keep going back.

  Bowling was good although they don't seem to have side rail guards for the younger players. Food took FOREVER to arrive then was cold, asked for replacement and had to wait even longer. Considering the price we were not happy. And two of the games in the arcade took our money. Disappointing the kids. Positive.... Staff was nice.

  This is a really good place to bowl as it's always busy which gives an exciting atmosphere, it's spacious with good decor and free parking. They offer food but since it gets rather busy it might be worth having drinks and eat elsewhere. I had a blast though. There are restaurants nearby and a cinema too.

  We had a great time bowling here! Great customer service from staff and particularly from the young gentleman with black curly hair. Very nice, polite and friendly guy. Although our bowling lane and food order were initially messed up, the problem was rectified with no issues. They have a good selection of arcade games also. (Only thing i would maybe suggest is a punching boxer machine).

  El personal fatal. Tardaron muchisimo en atendernos y luego pedimos unas patatas fritas y nos las sacaron cuando acabamos las dos rondas de bolos! Sin embargo es justo admitir que las instalaciones no estan mal
