  A great shop, after purchasing from these guys on like i had to visit. A great shop with lots to choose from, with staff who can not do enough to help, this is a super shop to buy from.

  It's a good store with lots of costumes and friendly staff. It is a bit pricey and one of the costumes we bought was missing a bit. Customer service was good in replacing the item but it meant a journey back into town. It was crowded when we went but even without a crowded the isles were narrow so a bad layout and i would not try and take my scooter or wheel chair in. There is no changing facility which would b3 ok of the costumes were cheaper but they are not so i wanted but could not try mine on.

  Do not buy anything from this shop! Spent over £100 in here, party was unfortunately cancelled and was told couldnt have a refund. None of the items had even been touched. Was offered store credit, but what possible reason would i want more fancy dress? The manger was rude and the shop was a mess. There was no customer service at all. The boy behind the counter didnt have a clue, Do yourself a favour and use the one in the marlands. I will certainly be telling everyone i know to steer clear. Not happy at all.
