  I had the misfortune to have to visit here a handful of times in January 2018. This shop seems to be badly understaffed, and the staff that are there completely ignore customers, pass off customer service inquiries to colleagues so that it takes ages to sort out queries, and when the buck does stop they are not properly trained in simple processes like refunds. No one here has a clue what's going on. Don't waste your time, it's worth the trip to B&Q.

  NEVER BUY PAINT FROM HERE!!. I asked for a mixed paint, person who was mixing the paint for me pointing to the different size cans with the decreased prices below them, therefore I think everyone in my position would understand that those were the prices for the cans. Just to let everyone know, the advertised price was around £13, at the till they charged me £40 per can (I took 3). Their explanation was "you didn't ask for the prices" well you should fu****g tell me you as you cancer your self that the price on the shelf is different! Absolute scam! I will never shop at this shop again in my life.

  I had a very bad experience at the haringey Homebase. There was a worker in the kitchen department who was supposed to be there to help but unfortunately when I asked any questions about the unit he was very unhelpful, I asked him to have a look at a kitchen unit he would not move from the seat he was sitting at and Said he knows what I am talking about it has been discontinued the unhelpful and unprofessional attitude is not helping Homebase I have decided to shop elsewhere. I highly recommend that his manager sends him to customer service training and learn to treat customers with respect and learn to be fair with all nationalities. This inside the happened today at 2pm. I would not be recommending this Homebase to anybody.

  Really untidy store, and very hard to find products that were shown as in stock online. Asked a member of staff for help, but they didn't write down product code. Disappeared for 20 minutes to find it. Found other items with similar product codes from memory, none of which were required, and one was even visibly broken. Lightbulbs were in complete disarray. Not an experience I'll be looking to repeat.
