  Overpriced and not many staff to help especially in the bathroom section. Huge store and wide range of products which is good.

  Its a bit of a mess. Too small for what they have so everything is crammed in to the point that a trolley barely fits down many aisles. They are expensive compared to their competitors The staff are very helpful though

  Really gone downhill, poorly laid out, some aisles too narrow, shopping feels unpleasant, most items hard to find a price, many items out of stock and just doesn't make sense. Most staff seem friendly unlike the Botley store but not knowledgeable. I prefer to travel to the wickes a few miles away and only go here if I haven't got the time to spare.

  Phoned to ask for rug doctor details and they failed to tell me to bring my passport and a utility bill. Made the trip and was left disappointed. Poor customer service. The staff are pleasant enough, but generally don't have a clue about the products being sold, many of which are overpriced.

  Hopeless as a store. Stock on shelves chaotically arranged and poorly labelled, for some things it is almost impossible to find the price. Stock management is also a joke. Went to buy a drill which you have to ask a staff member to get from the storeroom based on a display box. Process took ages, and as it turned out the wrong (& more expensive) option was brought out. When I pointed out it was 25% too much the person on the till found that the wrong option was brought out. They checked on the computer and said there were two of the right item in stock, so they called someone to go and get it. Much, much later the person came back and said they couldn't find one. So I left without spending £80. The only minor saving grace was Lauren on the customer service desk who tried her hardest to be helpful as everything fell to pieces around her - she is excellent, not much else was.
