  Nice quiet park, away from the busyness of the centre of York. Nice for a peaceful walk around.

  Amazing park with a really nice children's play area. There is a small cafe serving hot and cold drinks at reasonable prices. When we visited you were also able to purchase plants at a very good (if not too cheap) price. The borders had been cleared when we visited but they are themed during the summer months. There is a very interesting series of areas that you can visit as well as seeing the time line of the park and Joseph Rowntree foundation. Well worth a visit.
