As a platinum member I'm disappointed With this hotel. As a job we work on the motorway network on nights and with the temperature being so cold at the moment it's hard to say. But we have had no hot water for 2 days And the hotel keep saying thay are fixing the problem. With not even any type of compensation like a free breakfast offered

Stayed for work- good size room, comfy bed, noisy radiator but good value. Now, if you are in no rush and have a sense of humour, please please please do not miss the opportunity to visit breakfast during peak service. Food- does the job. Service- I am not even going to explain but safe to say it is the most perfect representation of a Fawlty Towers breakfast service I have ever witnessed, even down to the lovable, yet totally out of depth staff. Genuinely could not hold back the laughter. Thank you for starting my day with a dose of much needed comedy, never change!

Friendly staff nicely decorated public areas although bedrooms are a little dates now but very large and comfortable. Out of the way so if you need anything there is a bit of a drive but nice if you like quiet

This hotel is ok. Just ok. The rooms are a good size, the beds are very good! The room could of done with some paint. Shower was 5/5! The walls are very thin, you can hear pretty much everyone walking down the corridor and in the next rooms. The bar had a poor selection of beers and didn't have the full wine list in stock. Whilst the barman was more interested in watching the football than looking after customers. The food was the best part of the stay! The best cooked steak I have had in a long time...even if they did forget my onion rings.
