  Very pleased with the vacuum cleaner I bought from Horders - at a very competitive price. Why would you buy online, if you can support a local company and get a much better service from them?

  I’ve only used this company twice. I dealt with Neil and Steve. They were both so friendly and nothing too much trouble. Next time I want appliances I won’t be going to the big company, I will be visiting these guys!

  everybody trawls the internet spending a lot of time trying to find the cheapest of cheap, but actually tapping into the knowledge of a human, the face-to-face service they can give you before spending & after sales is worth so much more than penny pinching - the stress of computer-says-no robot warrens. initially went to rival company a mile down the road, but was put off by the salesman & saleswoman bs on two separate occasions. Horders are not going to schmooze you into buying something you don't want, or flatter you with how lovely your hair is looking today, (one reviewer on here commented that Horders were a little gruff) they will only give you straight and solid information. I am very happy to have spent my money at Horders for my oven and hob purchase & would recommend them to any human. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

  Excellent service for our dishwasher repair. I phoned during the day on a Thursday and had a visit from the service engineer first appointment on Friday,the next day.As soon as the part arrived I had a call and the engineer fixed it next day, first call! In addition without asking he repaired a fault made in fitting the unit by another firm which had irritated us for years.We are fifteen miles from Bristol ,in Bath.
