  Useless 2 single beds pushed together with one higher than the other (very uncomfortable) and the sea veiw we paid for wasnt available parking is ridiculous your choice being get blocked in or park with back end over the foot path. Doors locked at check in nobody picking up the phone wile several guests waited to check in, finally some guests opened the doors and we find reception empty with the staff all downstairs. Beyond a joke never again. We did enjoy the pizza but id advise anyone thinking of staying here to go elsewhere

  After talking with owners of this " hotel" was told unlimited parking & a family room of 3 single beds was available to which I was looking for. On arrival I had to telephone owners as door was locked! Previous to this I had to wait 40mins to secure a parking space as only 6 spaces available!! Then to add to this I was shown to my " 3 singles bed room" which consisted of bunk beds! Double on bottom with single on top- this might suit some families but certainly not Mine! FULL breakfast consisted of one sausage, one bacon, one hash brown egg beans one mushroom, one pot of tea with no further Offer of any more ( we did get one slice of toast on our last morning which was a bonus!) Bn going to Blackpool for years & have to say this is my first complaint of hotels! Defo won't return to this "hotel" more like a cafe with rooms to rent

  This hotel does not deserve any stars. Turned up at 3pm as it said for check in to receive an email off the company I booked through saying the hotel was unfortunately closed for maintenance. Lucky for me I was relocated through the booking company. Some one has told us the Famille do this often. They close the doors and cancel all bookings on the day and then on the night re open and charge a higher price for last minute bookings. So if your booking in advance for less than £90 don't get your hopes up when you arrive.

  Disgusting, dirty, not fit for animal's. Rude owners. I do not know how this can be a family hotel as there was absolutely no way children can safely sleep in the room. We lasted all of 2 hours in this hell hole.

  if you're ok living out a suitcase then it's ok but I was not to happy, rooms not very big , am not great fan of Blackpool only went to help out my daughter and grandson,
