  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bezproblemowy dojazd do centrum kolejką DLR. Dobre śniadania w formie bufetu. Same pokoje trochę mało nowoczesne, ale komfortowe nawet dla 4 osób. Bardzo życzliwa i pomocna obsługa.

  A very new hotel opposite the O2 in London, and we booked here for the night before a concert. All looks wonderful on the outside and the inside, and on the whole I was not disappointed. Few interesting points to note. It is not so easy to get to by tube. The day we arrived there were works going on so we had to get off on a different side of the station and had to clamber over bridges to get to the entrance. A few signs from the tube would not go amiss. The staff member who checked us in seemed to have limited English skills. Whilst I appreciate the multi lingual nature of the hotelier industry and society in general one would have thought it would be a necessity for this type of role so check-in took a while to get through. She was also rather frosty. The other staff I must say more than made up for her in terms of their warmth and hospitality. Our room was nice although rather compact for a three figure sum, and we slept very well. Breakfast was pretty good and the view was spectacular. If our arrival, check-in and room experience had been better I would be rating five stars but still four stars is still pretty good and I suspect we will be back to this hotel for another concert in the future. I forgot to add, not sure how accessible it would be from the tube. If you have mobility issues I would suggest a cab. The hotel itself is very accessible as was the room.

  Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Przemiła obsługa. Smaczne śniadania. Widok z okna też niczego sobie. Czego chcieć więcej.....
