  A bit expensive unless a sale on but well worth the money to ensure comfy feet. Different width fittings.Last time we had to ask to be served as no one came to us but service good and various styles brought out for mum to try.

  Ordered a pair of ladies shoes while on holiday in Llandudno which were posted to me from Skelmersdale (as my size was not available) they arrived but were not quite right Phoned Nottingham store where I live was told to bring them down to the store and they would sort it out on the spot as they have my exact size in store really pleasant assistant on phone seemed nothing was too much trouble. Very Happy now Diane

  Really Comfy Shoes. There's nowhere better for comfy shoes than Hotter and the service is friendly and personal. It is a very busy store though so worth planning in plenty of time when shopping.

  Visited the Nottingham store early this morning looking for a pair of shoes for my 89 year old mother whose feet regularly swell during warm weather. Unfortunately she could not come with me as she has Alzheimer's and would not be able to cope with town. I was immediately served by a lovely young woman who understood my problem straight away. She could not have done more. She found me the perfect pair of shoes in the sale as she understood that my mother would not get a lot of wear out of them so I did not want to spend a lot of money. How refreshing. I don't often write on these except when I get excellent service. Too often people only write with complaints. Well done Hotter in Nottingham.
