  They appear to be happy to let long standing customers leave. I had an issue with an item I purchased from the jewellery counter on the ground floor and it was not resolved to my satisfaction. I now shop in John Lewis and receive outstanding customer service.

  The shop is a little tired looking, not the style of shop you expect from House of Fraser, with a little investment this could rival M&S further up the road

  I lovely classic department store with all the things you will want to buy and excellent staff to help you with all your needs

  Love this store. Not very big but has an old fashioned department store feel to it.
