  Dreadful service. I'm so glad I don't bank with this firm as the reports my friend gives me about the customer service provided by this firm are unbelievable.

  Like walking into the headquarters of Niander Wallace from Blade Runner 2049. Offputtingly open plan, grotesquely modern and impersonal. All automation with no front desk to speak of. Having worked front desks myself I know how important a public-facing hub point really is in busy businesses like banks. There are staff walking back and forth between the lobby and upstairs, but good luck catching them. I eventually caught someone's attention and then waited half an hour only to speak to a woman I suspect was hired that very day and had yet to go through training. Awful experience, and completely typical of these international corporations who no longer care for the individual experiences of their customers. They don't need to care, and they know it.

  Never had a problem here. Only complaint would be long wait times but it's a city centre branch, it's to be expected.

  ABSOLUTE DUMP!!! All of the staff looked scruffy and because it was close to closing I don't think anyone was that keen on helping us. All of the furniture was alover the place and dirty. Not sure what they are like to bank with but with the first impression I don't think we want to, supreamly disappointing /:(

  The staff were so much more helpful than any other bank I've been to in York. As opposed to a week wait to get an appointment, I could see someone on the spot. All questions answered and were able to help instead of put up barriers. Thanks guys!
