::Poor customer service! Incompetent, rude staff. I was told to wait 30 mins to withdraw cash. When I was finally seen, Umara left to speak to her colleague and kept mentioning I’m going to do a uar . I don’t know the meaning of this??? I will be taking the bank to the financial ombudsman as they continue asking questions which are not necessary and make me feel isolated and guilty of something. I’m transferring bank to RBS. Good Riddance!!!!
