Looking to experience TERRIBLE customer service and the staff treat you like they're better than you? Also would you be interested in a bank that's very slow and prioritise other customers over you? If that's what you're looking for then this is the most perfect branch of a bank for how bad the experience can be. Go to another branch or better that and choose another bank entirely.

We applied for mortgage with HSBC and was asked to provide documents to the bank so that they can photocopy them. We did it but the staff did not upload them to the correct place and we had to go back to the bank to do it all over again... it is a good idea to always ask for the name of the person who serves you.

Unpleasant experience 14 July 2017. I went to this branch to open an account (a simple current account) with card.instead, They offered me the saving one! Their excuse was that I already have a current account with another bank so I’m not meeting their criteria, or something like that! The funny thing is that they told me if I’m thinking of closing my account with my current bank, my case might be considered! If that’s the branches strategy or the bank itself, it means a disaster, because I think everyone has the right to have more than one account. Such a good strategy is to gain more customers. I thought being on the top means smartness, but it looks like the situation here is different. So I left them and went to Barclays and opened an account there within minutes. Cheers HSBC.
