  This place is a joke. Sending you back every day to return with new documents. Need to spend couple of days to pick up new debit card. Time to change bank

  Rubbish service...no queue system...no customer service at all... dont waste your time with hsbc...

  Awful experience some of the staff approach to customer is outdated behaves as if living in Middle Ages really bad experience I would say cynical

  Crazy bad customer service! Went in to open a new account. Stood there for at least 5 minutes with my husband and baby. There were 4 members of staff and not one of them acknowledged us even though we were stood at the counter. They were literally stood on the other side of the glass! We were the only customers in there. Ridiculous! We ended up walking out!

  Terrible customer service! The queue was so long, went beyond entrance - yet only ONE member of staff ...! And she took 45 mins counting money! Its madness ..!
