  Banque à éviter !!!!!! Surtout son distributeur qui avale votre carte sans raison !!!! Et la banque qui ne veut pas vous la restituer alors qu'ils sont en tort

  This branch has a terrible service. I wanted to open up a new bank account (Advanced account) and after going there twice in two consecutive weeks, each time waiting for about half an hour and filling out a lot of forms, I was told I could not have that account. The crazy part was that the woman in charge (a girl whose name I do not remember) said this process affects my credit history. Ain't it ridiculous? I mean at least she could have warned me before... So UNHAPPY with them. Moved on with Santander.

  For many queries here you can expect staff to sit you down by a phone and let you speak with customer services rather than taking any kind of ownership of your request.

  I did not like waiting over 10 minutes on the PREMIUM charge phone line, ridiculous, I will be changing my account to another bank very soon.
