  I rented a property with my partner and some friends whilst we finished our university degrees. The service was fantastic and any jobs that needed doing in the house were completed by a qualified professional and always brilliantly finished. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them for your renting needs.

  Used Hunters to sell my Mothers house after she passed away. A little more expensive than other agents, but valued the house higher and had an offer very close to the asking price within a week of it going on the market. Ian Paterson was very helpful which was particularly useful as I wasn't local.

  I have recommended hunters to a lot of people. They sold my mum bungalow and they could not of been more helpful they sold it within 8 weeks and kept me informed all the time of the progress I would especially like to thank Ian who done most of the work .

  My son rented a house last year in Boro, whilst studying at uni. Absolute joke. Toilet door was not fixed for months. My son got locked in where fireman had to be called. Blinds in his room needed replacing. Never happened. Left without heating and water for 5 days. Mould in rooms. When it came to moving out, tried to keep most of the deposit. Mattress stained, that was like that in the first place. No inventory, no return phone calls. Had to take it further to fight for deposit. Would highly recommend to students to stay away from renting with these. My other son rented with different company. Deposit returned, got birthday and christmas cards. Total opposite to Hunters. Not professional at all.

  I used Hunters Estate Agents to sell my parents bungalow in Stockton on Tees. Steve McDonald was my agent. He was totally professional, and also kind and helpful, at a difficult time for me. The office staff kept in regular contact, and were lovely to talk to. I was very happy with the way the property was advertised, and Steve's photographs were excellent. I had people view the property regularly, and it sold within three months at a price I was very pleased with. Would totally recommend Steve and the whole Hunters team. Thank you.
