  Ok for the money I suppose but seemed like they had some residents in from the council when I was there. Breakfast was ok and the staff helpful and pleasant.

  It was cheap... That's the only good thing I can say about this hotel. The rooms were discusting, bed sheets stained and some were missing, carpet needed fitting properly and hoovering, no plug for TV. Upon arrival we were told our booking was missing and that we may have to pay again. After showing proof that we had in actual fact paid the booking was miraculously found. The fire alarm went off at 8:30 in the morning for no apparent reason other than the fact the police had just turned up at which point we realised there were no instructions on what to do in the event of a fire. The door lock was broken and I genuinely feared for mine and my friends life. My advise DO NOT STAY HERE

  Stayed here for a one night stay. Reception is not too bad, hallways and stairs leading to room were in desperate need of a vacuum. The room, while a good size, was dirty. The carpet was grubby, the walls stained. The bed wasn't too bad, sheets looked clean and mattress wasn't too bad. The additional pillows in the cupboard had hairs and dirt on them. The bath tap leaked all the time, the entire bathroom was in need of replacing. I will never stay here again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

  3 rooms booked - refused to stay in any. Left and went a found a different hotel! Rooms exceptionally dirty. Have been smoked in TODAY, if not within last few hours. One bath not even usable. Mould above windows. Another bathroom not been cleaned in a long time! Corridors dirty. Full of "residents". Dogs running about corridors. "Manager" offered £20 or free breakfast for people departing before 0700! Didn't understand concept of cleanliness. WOULD NOT ADVISE STAYING.
