  First time in the store since it was rebuilt and I can definitely say it doesn't give me the new shop feeling if you know what I mean. Yea the food is still pretty good stuff but it isn't much bigger, if anything it feels the same as the previous Iceland that was in its place. Still a good store and the whole colleague doing all of the packing for you is good and all, great customer service but I did feel a little lost. I felt out of place being unable to pack the delicious cakes and sweets I so anxiously want to devour. Aside from this, pretty average Iceland, good place nothing spectacular..

  Ordered our Turkey and various other things but had an email today saying our delivery tonight is short of a couple of things, one being our turkey crown!! Phoned up about ten minutes ago and spoke to the manager (Just by chance) to see if there was any delivered today (had no idea what shop the online deliveries came from). Unfortunately there wasn't any but he said that because it was their fault that our turkey crown wasn't put aside when we ordered and paid for it , that he would give us what they had left which was a luxury turkey joint and a small whole turkey for nothing. A great gesture from the manager Mr Cree and it was much appreciated. Excellent customer service.

  My favourite shop. Plenty of affordable food with choices not available elsewhere. Pity local Forfar store closed. Still worth the trip to Dundee.
