  We are so delighted with our kitchen. Previously known as " the black hole of Calcutta" it is now light and airy and a pleasure to be in. We had excellent service throughout the process, from sympathetic planning, listening to our needs and ideas and nudging us into modern,convenient design, to efficient fitting. The high quality of the workmanship was very much appreciated as was the prompt removal of the waste. It was all done promptly and with a minimum of inconvenience to ourselves. Thank you IKS.

  Lost two door Keys, drilled through air bricks for plumbing, admitted light switches were dangerous and were coming back to sort out, (left me switches but never been back.) First time I put oven on self clean, the cupboard below melted, they replaced the cupboard door with one which is now a different colour, and they put horrible plastic vents in the housing unit at different heights on two sides. Twice arranged to come and replace this housing unit, but did not turn up. The dials on the microwave have all and worn off. The extractor fan was left with the cable hanging on the fan, so when manufacturer came to check why it wasn't working the cable was in the way, this is an extracted fan which is fitted with no external extraction, corner unit cradle broke within weeks. Self opening drawers have one size popper on one size of drawer and a different size on the other side of the same drawer. High gloss white units have all faded different colours. They split the pipe on the dishwasher and just put a jubilee clip round it. They sell themselves on being a family firm, they subcontracted my job out. No response to emails and phone calls, over £11k for 2 base units, 1 tall housing unit, 10 wall cupboards. 3 drawers, 2 slider spice racks, sink, hob, fridge (hinge broke), freezer, sink, hob, microwave, oven and their housings, plus a new consumer unit. Electric blows if you put washer, microwave and kettle on at same time. (Note washer not included in price I already had this. Mine was fitted by their Batley shop but same company and people as Leeds, it was Jamie from Leeds who promised to do follow up work. Very upset and disappointed, particularly as I funded this with money left to me by my late Father. Please note this is a single person household and due to palliative care of my late Mother this kitchen has hardly been used. It now appears these high quality German Bespoke doors are starting to blister and peel. Very upset and very disappointed. Company don't want to know and they remove negative feedback.
