  Great place for a cuppa in the NT tea shop (steps) and a walk in the park. The church is of historic interest and well worth a look.

  Lovely national trust place. Great outdoor areas, child and dog friendly, choice of 2 cafe areas. Lots to see, good walks.

  Facilities very good. Tea room serves good snack food and friendly cheerful staff. Walks to suit all. A very enjoyable visit.

  Stunning views, fantastic walks. Beautiful buildings and scenery. We stayed at the bunkhouse at Ilam hall. 10 of us, it sleeps 16. Had a totally amazing family weekend despite the rain!! Derbyshire countryside is definitely something special. 😉

  Incredibly beautiful place. My family are National Trust members which is useful to find gems like this. There are vast grounds to walk around and are very well maintained. Walk up to and including the dovedale stepping stones is amazingly scenic. Cafe/ restaurant at the park serves nice food and tea with amazing views outside. Highly recommend
