  Definately worth the wait for my bespoke Swarovski Chandelier, took 3 weeks to make and was delivered to my holiday home in Spain. Thank you ilite!

  We had seen the lights we wanted (Illuminati Venus pendants) and I-lite prices were cheapest, especially with the additional 10% off. Delivery was prompt. There was a small part missing from one of the shades but the customer services team sorted this immediately and arranged for it to be sent. Would recommend this company.

  Purchased a set of lights two - three weeks ago, I have came to collect and now and I have been informed that the range DAR do not accept returns, even if the box is unopened. Unsure how that works with consumer rights. Also please be aware this store have a handling fee of 30% returns, anything which they don't stock in store and needs to be ordered in (which I may say is everything) you as a customer will be charged to return. When I came into this store two weeks ago not once did anyone advise me of both the no returns policy on this item and also the handling fee for returns. I was told by a college in store today I should read my Ts&Cs on receipt which does not state anything, besides referring you back to thewebsite. My advise to all buyer, please confirm everything before purchasing any products from this store.

  From ordering all the way to arrival, the entire process was simple and problem free. Jane kept me up to date on all aspects with delivery taking 2 weeks as the light came from Italy. The light itself was lovely.Thanks
