  I came here to get my Tag watch sent off for a standard service. They quoted me a price and said it was the same price as it would be if I sent the watch to Tag myself, however when I checked online I saw that the actual price was £120 cheaper than what they charged me. When I went back to the shop I spoke to the manager to discuss this; he was extremely rude to me and said "do you not understand how business works, everyone has to have a markup or they don't make any money". They would not give me the correct price for the service and refused to admit they had lied to me in the first place. The manager I spoke to is called Kaan. I would not advise anyone use their services as they overcharge, lie to their customers to get money and are generally rude. I would expect better from a business endorsed by Debenhams.

  Excellent service on my Longines watch. Had stopped working and a high street jeweller told me the battery was not dead, but I needed a full service instead (3-4 week delay and a cost of £140 plus VAT). I was not convinced and took it to InTime Clapham. A new battery was all that was needed, fitted inside an hour, at significantly less cost. Very friendly and helpful service too. Highly recommend using people that know what they are talking about and treat you fairly.
