  A fantastic jewellers who go the extra mile. Confused with the first comment I found them very helpful, understanding and extremely friendly. Sizing was done in a hour I got a great discount and i would very much recommend this Jewellery shop.

  Very poor experience with these Jewellers. An elderly friend of mine was confused about the price of a ring she bought and was not allowed to return it for any sort of refund whatsoever when she had realised what she had done (even though it was taken back the following day STILL NEW) . I understand they cannot offer a full refund but i would have expected some kind of financial option for the ring, even half the money. I think what mostly angers me was the lack of respect she was treated with. I hope this review opens up a channel of communication between my self and this jewellers, i would very much like to resolve this.

  Set a pair of diamonds in earrings for us. Excellent customer service and we ended up with a beautiful piece of jewellery. Seemed to be much cheaper than nearby establishments but we had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend.
