  Embroidered personalised hoodies delivered which are exactly as expected, there was a slight mix up with our order but I was met with brilliant and friendly customer service from Kieran who sorted it all out for me. Very happy with our product and the experience with Infinity. Thanks

  Outstanding customer service. Kieran processed my order with thought and efficiency above the call of duty . I will definitely call him again should we require any more printed sports kit.

  Absolutely amazing company! I’ve had a several orders from here for the society I’m involved in for uni. Always quick and efficient replies, fast delivery and reasonably priced. I can’t praise Kieran enough for our recent orders it was large with a lot of detail needed and he was always happy to help with any changes we need and even with a problem with their supplier still managed to get it order here before the Christmas break. Kieran deserves his own star. Will definitely be using them in the new year for our competition merchandise.

  My order arrived wrong twice and when it eventually did arrive it was about 10 weeks after I had ordered it. I had called up and spoken to various people multiple times with not much progress and I was loosing my patience. However when I called up again and spoke to Kieran my spirits were raised as he was such a nice friendly man to talk to and also extremely helpful with my order. He ensured me that it would arrive the next day and when it had arrived checking up to make sure that it was ok. Kieran is the only reason this rating has got any stars!

  Ordered something for university, it took over 4 weeks to arrive and when it finally did, the words on the front of the hoody were mis-spelt. I phoned to ask them to re-do it, received lower than average customer service and was told they would re-make the garment for me because of the error. Another 3 weeks went on before they sent me the new one, and this one is mis-spelt again!!!! And not only that, I had to pay for the return postage of the first one because they didn't send me any returns paper work. Sorry but this is completely ridiculous and plain careless to have errors on both deliveries. Don't they have quality control?! Shocking. Absolutely do not recommend this company for anything. I wouldn't even rate them the 1 star if I could help it.
