  The lads have been visiting Morecambe and helping out hotel/b&b owners with wifi problems. They came and quoted us a very reasonable rate which we accepted and then they carried out the work. Very professional and got on with the job even if it meant working late at night. This was due to problems within our hotel, not their doing. Even sorted out our living accommodation. Not had a complaint since they finished and guests very happy. Thanks lads. Mal, Colette and of course, Thomas.

  Our internet was about as bad as it could be. I called BT regularly and I have been told the poor service was due to: the thickness of the walls of the business, the fire doors, the area of the building the Hub was in, oh and me! We have a nine bedroom Guest House and being able to get a good service became more and more important to my customers and more and more stressful for us. That was until Initial IT Services came to see us. Stuart & Rikki did an analyses of the property and quickly were able to come up with a solution, not a quick fix or a maybe we might get some luck like BT who cant get you off the phone quick enough but a real long term plan to fix the problems for good. A very competitive quote was put forward and we were relieved, delighted & very happy to give them the go ahead. So much so that I began wishing their next visit here quicker so excited to resolve our issues. They worked quickly, tirelessly & very cleanly (yes ladies they even swept up after themselves!). We did have one hiccup along the way and you guessed it BT! There was an issue with the equipment BT provided but Stuart and Rikki stayed over night to ensure that BT provided a new Hub 5 and it worked correctly and synced in with the equipment provided from Initial. We now have perfect working WIFI throughout the Guest House, there are no spots where the signal drops out, the equipment is attractive to the eye and the signal is stronger than we had ever dreamed to hope for. We have also been provided with personal access for our own business needs that doesn't conflict with usage for our guests.Now we don't pretend to understand too much about WIFI & Internet etc. but if I explain that before Initial IT Services came out, If one guest was Face timing his friend in one room the guy in the next room couldn't send an email!! Now all guest in all rooms can stream films if they so desired, brilliant! These guys are total professionals, there is nothing they don't know not only about the service they provide but also what your business would benefit from and all at a very reasonable price. We would recommend Initial IT Services to any business that needs to provide for their customers and maybe targeted on its performance. Stuart and Rikki arrived as Initial IT Services and left as friends. Thank you Stuart & Rikki.
