  Loads of choice in shop types. Loads of different places to eat, snack, drink. Good toilet facilities. Clean shopping centre. 1 problem= more seating needed around the place.

  Lovely shopping experience. Lots of different shops to suit all ages and tastes. Nice food court with different choices of foods and chains. They always do different kids activities on the school holidays so always worth a visit with your kids!

  Very vibrant shopping centre. Usually very busy, however, still easy to get around and browse the shops. Many different types of shops, all very well laid out and categorised by floor or area. Shopping centre staff always friendly when needed, centre is well sign-posted. Car park is very accessible and spacious along with being quite reasonably priced considering its location and space sizes. Regularly visit Chapelfield as there are some great brands inside and it being a very welcoming building.

  Chapelfield has a fantastic selection of shops. They recently built a changing places and are doing everything they can to make the place wheelchair friendly. The only drawback is that the food court is full of fast food restaurants and the only sit down one is Pizza Hut.

  Really good shopping centre. Loads of parking which is inexpensive and there is an independent Valet service available. There are lots of great shops and even more great places to eat, inside and out. There are free 30 minute mobile phone charging points available on each floor. There's a great baby changing unit on the top floor. And plenty of other toilets available. There's a good lift system for people with push chairs and wheelchairs and there is not a long wait for the lift to arrive.
