  These guys fixed my computer in less than 24 hours.The price was very good,and i found them friendly and easy to deal with.I will definitely use them again.

  I want to thank these knowledge gentlemen for helping this Yank in his time of desperation to select a new laptop on Tuesday September 19th 2017 to replace my HP Elite i7 that I fried with a power converter while visiting beautiful Inverness. But first, these expert technicians were able to test with their own equipment the electrical components on my laptop to confirm that, yes the power supply was dead, but they didn't stop there. They pulled out a compatible power supply to test and confirm that the laptop was dead as well. They were earnest in their efforts and genuinely compassionate of my anxiety. They recommended and new system and all I had to do was change the Region to United States in the Control Panel and make a few other tweaks to the system config, change the user name from “user” and install some utilities and I was up and running, able to VPN into my company and carry on. Fortunately I’m able keystroke from memory, so although the keys don’t match the key labels anymore it’s not as much a problem as a minor inconvenience. I would have scored a perfect 5 stars if they had performed magic and revived my old laptop or provided me with a USA keyboard on the replacement system, but I suppose that would have been a bit of a miracle... I can confidently recommend Inverness Computer Centre, without hesitation, to anyone needing expert computer advise.

  Crashed hard drive - disaster! People at Inv Computer Centre very helpful, replaced drive, very reasonable fee for the work. Kept informed of progress and very happy with outcome. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone. I can tell you that this is a far superior service to the 'customer experience' you get at PC World!
